Jazz Ensemble Audition Form

Interested students (in particular but not limited to: trumpet, trombone, saxophone, guitar, piano, bass, and drums) should submit the information below with performance videos. Accepted students will be sent the registration link directly from the LCMS office. Registration will remain open until all positions are filled.
