Jazz Ensemble Audition Form

Interested students (in particular but not limited to trumpet, trombone, saxophone, guitar, piano, bass, and drums) should submit the information below with performance video. Once accepted, students will be notified that they can register.

Returning students from 2024-25 LCMS Jazz Ensemble as well as students currently in the LCMS Wind Ensemble do not need to submit a performance video and can register directly.

Registration will remain open until all positions are filled.
