LYSO Audition Request Form

The Lawrence Youth String Orchestra (LYSO) is the preparatory orchestra for the Fox Valley Symphony Youth Orchestra program. The orchestra provides dedicated string students a first opportunity to rehearse and perform engaging orchestral music within an ensemble of motivated peers. Schedule: Saturday, December 14 - Lawrence Community Music School
Eligibility: String students entering grades 5-8 in the fall (Students who study with a private instructor and meet audition requirements may audition in grade 4.)
Tuition assistance is available to those who demonstrate financial need.
